Computer Technologies & Services Safety Management System
Effective date: 25 October 2026
Purpose and information collected
Computer Technologies & Services Limited (CTSL) operates this portal to prepare workplace safety assessments and permits, obtain client reviews, and manage supervisor access. Access applications contain the applicant’s name, contact information and CTSL.NET email address. Job records may contain client and site details, crew names, contact and emergency contact details, work restrictions and medical observations supplied for safety planning, assessment responses, signatures, approval decisions and audit information. Enter only information needed for the work and share it only with people authorised to receive it.
How information is used and shared
Access applications are emailed to parayr@gmail.com and nelisha.paray@gmail.com for review. Approved applicants receive an activation link at their approved CTSL.NET address. Job packages and approval links are sent to the client representatives selected for the job. Approved documents may be sent to the responsible supervisor. Supervisors can access their own assigned job records and saved contacts. CTSL personnel with server administration access can administer stored portal information. Individual review and activation links are private: anyone holding a valid link may access the information it authorises, so do not forward them.
Google account authorization and Gmail
The portal connects only the designated sending account, parayr@gmail.com. Google provides its verified email identity and authorization to send messages through the Gmail API. The portal requests openid, email and gmail.send permissions. It does not request permission to read, search, modify or delete inbox messages. Supervisors do not need to grant access to their own Google accounts.
Google authorization credentials are stored on the CTSL server with restricted file permissions. Short-lived access tokens are held in server memory; a refresh token allows automatic renewal. The Gmail service receives email recipients, message content, attachments and account authorization needed to deliver portal messages. The portal records delivery status and Gmail message references. Google processes email under its own applicable policies.
The portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google account information is used for account verification and portal email delivery, not for advertising or sale, and not to train general-purpose AI models.
Storage, retention and controls
Portal records, password hashes, access decisions, delivery records and audit history are stored on the CTSL server and may be included in administrative backups. The portal does not automatically delete these records on a fixed schedule. CTSL administration handles retention and removal requests, taking into account safety records, audit needs and applicable obligations. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. A session cookie maintains supervisor login; the portal does not use advertising cookies.
Questions, correction, deletion and revocation
Contact parayr@gmail.com or nelisha.paray@gmail.com to request access assistance, correction or deletion of portal information, or to report a privacy concern. CTSL may need to verify identity and authority before acting. The sending-account owner can revoke the portal’s Google access in Google Account connections; revocation stops Gmail sending until the account is reconnected. Deleting portal records does not automatically remove copies already delivered to email recipients or retained in backups. Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page.
