Computer Technologies & Services Safety Management System

Portal terms of use

Computer Technologies & Services Safety Management System
Effective date: 25 October 2026

Purpose and authorised use

This portal supports CTSL workplace safety planning, client review and record keeping. Supervisor access requires a CTSL.NET email address, approval by CTSL administration and completion of account activation. Use only your approved account and protect your password. Account access does not authorise you to view another supervisor’s jobs or to act outside your assigned responsibilities.

Accurate records and shared information

Supply accurate, relevant job information and review reused details for each site and task. Shared information reduces duplicate entry; it does not replace the assessment of the actual job, people, hazards and controls. Do not enter unnecessary personal or medical information. Send documents only to authorised recipients and protect private review and activation links.

Safety decisions and client approval

Portal records and an approval indicator do not replace required permits, physical site assessments, verified controls, competent supervision or client site procedures. Do not start work while a safety hold, objection, missing permit or unresolved control remains. Client representatives must review the current assessment and complete the displayed declarations truthfully. A revision or changed job may require fresh approval. Training simulations do not authorise real work.

Email and availability

The portal sends access requests, activation links, job reviews and approved documents using the designated CTSL Gmail connection. Email delivery and portal availability depend on the server, network and email provider. If an expected email is missing, contact CTSL administration; do not treat the absence of an email as approval. A provider’s acceptance of an email does not confirm that a recipient has read it.

Administration and support

CTSL administration may approve or decline access requests, disable accounts and maintain records and audit information. Contact parayr@gmail.com or nelisha.paray@gmail.com for access, record or technical assistance. Information handling is described in the privacy policy. These portal instructions supplement the job’s applicable safety procedures and approval declarations.
